Overview:

The workshop aims to introduce the SMARCO project and its contribution to bridging skills gaps related to the digital and green transition in smart communities. It will describe the two occupational profiles developed by the project, while particular focus will be placed on the SMARCO short-term training courses, developed to address emerging skills needs of smart communities professionals.

The session will present the structure, thematic focus and learning approach of the courses. Particular emphasis will be placed on the piloting framework, including its objectives, implementation approach, certification requirements and expected outcomes. The workshop will also outline how feedback collected during the pilot phase will contribute to the refinement and scalability of the courses.
