Giulia is the Senior Business Development Manager at the European DIGITAL SME Alliance and DIGITAL SME France (an associated partner of SMARCO). She holds an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s in Digital Policy and Innovation from the University of Salzburg and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Passionate about digital transformation and inclusive innovation, Giulia works to empower European tech SMEs by connecting them with key opportunities and initiatives at the EU level. She brings together SMEs to build a strong community that drives Europe’s technological sovereignty, while also ensuring they are equipped with the digital skills needed to prepare the European workforce for a sovereign digital future.
