ENoLL, the European Network of Living Labs, is the global federation of user-driven innovation ecosystems. With 550+ members, ENoLL fosters knowledge exchange, capacity building, and collaboration via the quadruple helix model. We certify Living Labs through a rigorous process, offer tailored training and mentoring, and connect labs worldwide through events like OpenLivingLab Days and impactful EU projects that boost innovation and growth.
ENoLL mission is to be an Ambassador of European values of co-creation and open innovation, to provide value to its members and external stakeholders by offering them opportunities to develop their capacities & knowledge in order to strengthen them in developing and scaling-up impactful innovative products & services and expanding their own value to their own stakeholders.
ENoLL will lead stakeholder engagement activities (T8.3) and use its members to pilot trainings (WP4, WP6). ENoLL will also support skills supply and demand analysis (WP2), co-develop and promote the smart communities skills Blueprint and Strategy (WP3), and contribute to communication (WP8) and sustainability (WP9). ENoLL will connect SMARCO with key networks such as Living-in.eu, NEB, NEB Alliance, and CIVITAS via the DISCO project. As a global leader in Living Lab education and capacity building, ENoLL brings strong expertise in smart communities and cross-sector collaboration, with relevant experience in EU projects like SynchroniCity, DT4REGIONS, GoLI.EU, CommuniCity, and DS4SSCC. This positions ENoLL as a key partner to ensure the success and long-term impact of the SMARCO project.
