Anthony Van De Ven

Antony is the Head of the Brussels Representation of the Eindhoven Region and Eindhoven Living Lab, and a former Head of Policy Development at Eurocities.
He completed his studies in political science and European/ international law and started work as an EU Public Affairs Adviser, following legislative developments for several companies in the fields of the environment, healthcare, and ICT.
He joined the EUROCITIES Network in 1995 as a Project Development Officer and Manager of the Environment Forum.
After 11 years, in 2005, he left EUROCITIES as Director of Policy and Projects, and went on to establish and head the Brainport-Eindhoven Brussels Office, a triple-helix representation bringing together knowledge, private and public partners on key urban challenges. He was instrumental in establishing the ERRIN Network of Brussels Regional Offices, with a focus on research and innovation.
